Rigidity-increasing nucleating agent for Polyolefine

CON-1 is a kind of nucleating agent belonging to organic salts, which is white powder and has excellent dispersity, good chemical inertia and heat stability. CON-1 is a processing agent used to increase the crystallizing temperature of PP and to speed up the crystallizing velocity, to promote the crystallization of resin and to fine the structure of crystal grain through providing the crystal nuclei, thus it can obviously improve the optical and mechanical performances of products. This agent is applied to nucleating modification for PP products. By adding this agent, the glossiness, rigidity, stretching strength and flexural modulus of PP products are effectively enhanced, while moulding period is shortened, production efficiency is also greatly improved. This product CON-1 is verified by the Jiangxi Prevention and Control Centre of Disease as a nontoxic chemical. Performance index: melting point : 380 ºC; stacking density: 0.2~0 3 g/cm3. Usage: The product CON-1 can be directly used when mixed with PP resin, or added in the form of mother grains. Recommended dosage is 0.1% ~0.2% . Packaging and storage: paper box outside, PE package bag inside, net weight: 10 kg. Stored in a ventilated, dry and cool place; Avoid direct exposure to the sun as well as heat source and humidity.
