Main features:
It is an inorganic compound and excellent acid absorption agent. It can effectively block zinc combustion during processing;
It enjoys excellent heat stability under high temperature and can reach about 400 . It is particularly applicable to hard processing ingredient;
During joint utilization with ST-220, it can play a good synergism role to heat resistant stabilizer.
It is applicable to addition of Ba-Zn and Ca-Zn series ingredients; during the application of Ba-Zn and Ca-Zn series hard ingredients, it can better demonstrate the unique effect;
It enjoys advantageous acid supplementation (acid elimination) features and enable soft PVC ingredient to turn yellow or red in the initial period given its innate alkalinity;
Under the temperature condition of above 350, it will not produce air bubble separation such as CO2 and H2O. therefore, it can effectively serve as the hard PVC auxiliary stabilizer under high processing temperature.
Scope of application:
It can upgrade the long-term stability of Ba-Zn and Ca-Zn stabilizer in Ba-Zn and Ca-Zn hard ingredients.
